Engineering & Maintenance Technician

Join an innovative team focused on maintaining and enhancing cutting-edge production equipment in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role offers the opportunity to actively troubleshoot, optimize, and improve equipment and fixturing to support high production efficiency.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead corrective and preventive maintenance on production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime
  • Manage spare parts inventory and contribute to ongoing efficiency improvements
  • Diagnose issues, troubleshoot PLC code, and handle repairs to sustain and enhance equipment performance
  • Support the design, testing, and installation of custom automation, working closely with internal teams and external vendors

What You Bring :

  • Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical, Controls, or Manufacturing Technology, or equivalent experience
  • 5 years in automated manufacturing maintenance, with hands-on expertise in mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems, including PLCs and robotics (Allen-Bradley / RSLogix experience preferred)
  • Practical machine-shop skills are a plus, with experience in machining or fabrication
  • Proficiency in reading technical schematics and a solid understanding of safety protocols like Lockout / Tagout
