What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Aide position at OCWA - Central New York's Water Authority?
Under immediate supervision, employees perform a wide variety of basic and routine assignments that assist in the normal functioning of governmental operation. Employees perform a variety of routine manual, clerical or recreational work in governmental agencies. This allows for the smooth flow of governmental operations when additional staffing is needed. Although the majority of participants work only during the summer season as needed and available, employees may also work during other seasons of the year. This job may function in any governmental jurisdiction and be supervised by regular governmental employees. There is no supervision of other employees exercised in this classification.
