ODAA is an exciting, design-focused Architecture and Interiors practice spanning both the commercial and residential sectors based in DTLA. We are currently seeking a motivated Residential Architect / Architectural Designer lll with experience in single family custom residential to fulfill a full-time position who is excited about design, who wants to be part of a great team, who wants to learn and lead others, who is motivated push themselves, and wants to be part of bringing projects to life.
We are looking for someone that meets the following :
- Masters of Architecture degree.
- 8 years of experience practicing architecture.
- Custom Residential design, documentation, permitting, and coordination experience.
- Strong design and visualization skills to produce imagery and physical models for presentations.
- Clear and open communication.
- Self-motivated on assigned and unassigned tasks.
- Willingness to learn.
- Collaborative.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Can work on multiple projects / task simultaneously.
- Can manage fast-paced deadlines.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Has software proficiency in Revit, Enscape (or similar), Adobe Suite, and Bluebeam.
Professional duties include, participation in the conceptual design and provides full support throughout the entire project. Liaises with project management, other architects, and consultants. Develops and represents lead technical viewpoint on projects. Coordinates with the director and department head on appropriate technical solutions and product strategies.
