Culinary Line Cook Experts are essential to the success of our kitchen operations at Odawa Casino Resort. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food of all menu items in accordance with F&B recipes and standards while maintaining a neat, clean and safe work area.
">The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year experience in the service industry, basic math skills, and the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. In addition, they must have knowledge of proper use of all kitchen equipment used in prep procedures and demonstrate the use of rotation (First In First Out-FIFO) system.
">Responsibilities include maintaining a positive and professional approach with Team Members and guests, maintaining knowledge of all current and upcoming promotions and events at Odawa Casino Resort, and using production guides and daily inventory and ordering procedures.
