To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- A minimum of one year experience in the service industry; ">
- Basic math skills; ">
- The ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; ">
- Knowledge of proper use of all kitchen equipment used in prep procedures; ">
- Demonstration of the use of rotation (First In First Out-FIFO) system; ">
- Knowledge of compound dressings, sauces, and salads; ">
- Proper knowledge of fresh meat, poultry and seafood handling and proper meat roasting procedures; ">
- The ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, reach, push and pull; ">
- Exposure to loud and continual noise levels and a smoke-filled environment; ">
- Flexibility with shift and days off with the ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and special events, etc., as needed; ">
- The ability to obtain a gaming license in accordance with the regulations established by the LTBB Gaming Regulatory Commission; ">
