Odd Side Ales is seeking a quality minded individual to fill a position at our Production Facility. This position is Mon-Thu 6am-4pm.

Job Duties Include:

• Safe operation of bottling, canning, labeling and kegging equipment
• Troubleshooting and adjusting equipment as needed for smooth operation
• Quality inspection of all packaged products
• General maintenance, cleaning and sanitation of packaging equipment
• Cleaning of kegs and preparation for filling
• Cleaning of empty beer tanks
• Handling chemicals required for cleaning and sanitization
• Delivering kegs and other goods to our taprooms
• Other side tasks at the taproom as needed (maintenance of draft lines)
• Other duties as required throughout the brewery
• Construction/demo/general labor
• Lots and lots of cleaning

Skills/Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in a production environment is a plus
• Forklift certification and/or experience is a plus
• Strong mechanical background is a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A problem solver with attention to detail
• Work independently and within a team with minimal supervision
• Work well at following procedure
• Work well under pressure and at a fast pace
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, sometimes 8 hours
• Ability to handle repetitive work with a positive attitude
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 75 pounds and double stack full kegs (175lbs)
• Must be willing to work in wet and/or cold/hot conditions
• Available to work long and/or flexible hours Monday-Friday
• Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
• Must be over 21 with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must LOVE beer!
