Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end production processes, including sourcing, manufacturing, quality control, and on-time delivery.
- Supervise and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers and manufacturers to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate and improve production workflows to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and meet demand.
- Implement and monitor rigorous quality control standards to ensure all products meet Odd Sox’s comfort and design criteria.
- Develop and oversee production budgets, ensuring all projects stay on target without compromising quality.
- Work closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to align production schedules with new product launches and campaigns.
