We are seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our team of sales representatives and account managers across the country. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a sales team and developing strategies to drive sales growth, and enhancing team performance. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate a diverse sales force while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
- Oversee and manage a team of account managers and sales representatives across various regions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Coach and mentor sales team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
Strategic Planning:
- Scale the sales department by building systems, processes and procedures that lead to overall sales growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term sales strategies and objectives.
Performance Monitoring:
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs for the sales team.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing regular reports to senior management.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Address customer inquiries and issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in sales management, with a strong focus on managing sales representatives.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
