What you'll be doing
We are looking for an experienced, data-driven, security-focused ATO Specialist Manager to lead our Authority to Operate (ATO) processes. The ideal candidate will be working collaboratively with management, engineering, and operations teams to oversee the design, creation, and seamless delivery of various ATO processes for our programs and for our federal clients.
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- 4 years of experience with supporting system Authority to Operate (ATO) processes and creating artifacts, control implementation details, POAMs, and other role related needs.
- Experience and deep understanding of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) security controls, the Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) security documentation tool, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and security compliance processes.
- Experience with Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) and Federal Information System Controls Audit Manual (FISCAM) criteria
- A proven ability to solve problems and drive solutions with development teams through data analysis, market requirements, product specifications, and federal requirements.
- An eye for quality, organization, and clear communication with teams and clients.
- Federal work experience is preferred.
Must be located within the United States.
This is a full time, remote position. Oddball offers a tech and continuing education stipend. This role requires the ability to obtain a low level security clearance.
