We are hiring a QA Accessibility Engineer to work on a pivotal Federal program that is making a positive impact on millions of Americans' daily lives.
What you'll be doing :
Working hand in hand with our engineering, leadership and government partners to oversee all things pertinent to the successful implementation and delivery of a major government initiative. Specializing in accessibility, you will help improve, analyze and ensure a well rounded and compliant design based for federal facing applications and products.
What you’ll bring :
- Experience delivering test scripts, test cases and test plans that are in alignment with Business-Driven Development / Test Driven Development (BDD / TDD) using tools such as (Selenium / Web Driver, Cucumber, Geb, Spock, SOAP UI, Postman)
- Experience in React, Cypress, Mocha, Dequeue, TestRail
- 3 years experience with 508 Compliance
- Direct experience with developing, designing and testing websites to ensure conformance to section 508 accessibility standards.
- A thorough understanding of Section 508 of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the ability to apply this knowledge to create strategies for bringing the maximum functionality to ADA users
- Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) accessibility standards and guidelines
- Develop creative and innovative accessibility solutions that adhere to organization and WCAG guidelines

At Oddball, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.
United States Wage Range : $100,000 – $135,000
Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
