Oddball is not your average snack—we’re shaking up the fruit snack/jelly & pudding category with a delicious, fun, and better-for-you fruit-based jiggly snack. Think Jell-O, but all grown up—real fruit, no weird stuff, no added sweeteners, and low in calories. We’re launching nationwide this April with marquee retail partners such as Sprouts Farmer’s Market. 🚀
We’re on a mission to make snacking more exciting, and we need a social-savvy, trend-hunting intern to help us grow our brand online and in retail. If you’re obsessed with TikTok, Instagram, and all things influencer marketing, this is your chance to get hands-on experience at one of the most buzziest, new CPG brands even as a pre-launch brand.
What You’ll Do:
🔥 Hunt for the perfect influencers – Research and compile lists of social media creators (especially moms, kids, and foodies) who align with Oddball.
🔥 Create content – create content for Oddball.
📊 Stay organized & data-driven – Maintain an influencer database with contact info, engagement stats, and performance metrics.
📲 Engage with our community – Help update social content, track trends, and spot viral moments to jump in on.
💡 Bring fresh ideas – Keep an eye on emerging social media trends, brainstorm fun content, and help make Oddball the snack brand everyone is talking about.
Who You Are:
✔️ A college student (marketing/digital media preferred) with a passion for social media and brand-building.
✔️ Deeply familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and influencer culture.
✔️ Super organized and comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel.
✔️ A creative thinker with strong communication skills.
