Videographer & Video Editor Opportunity
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Videographer / Video Editor to lead the execution of high-impact video content for Oddity’s Brand 3 across performance marketing channels, including TikTok and Meta. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling assets that drive results. You will play a key role in shaping the brand’s visual identity, leveraging expertise in camera work, lighting, and production workflows to create content that stands out in the competitive beauty and performance marketing landscape. This is an opportunity to push creative boundaries, experiment with new formats, and refine a best-in-class in-house production process. Videography Responsibilities :
- Play a key role in conceptualizing and refining creative direction for shot lists, ensuring new assets are compelling enough to drive results
- Set up and oversee all video equipment, including cinema cameras, mirrorless / DSLR systems, iPhones, lighting, and audio gear.
- Prepare detailed equipment lists and lighting plans tailored to each project’s visual goals.
- Provide solutions to achieve specific creative goals and overcome technical challenges.
- Scout locations to assess technical, equipment, and crew requirements.
- Conduct technical test shoots to experiment with new visual approaches.
- Collaborate with producers and marketing teams to align execution with strategic goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve production workflows and in-house capabilities.
- Implement industry best practices to enhance efficiency and professionalism.
- Support development and execution of creative concepts for Oddity’s Brand 3, ensuring assets are both performance-driven and aligned with brand identity across performance marketing channels (Tiktok, Meta, etc)
- Ensure proper footage transfers and backup procedures.
- Color grading experience is a plus
