What You'll Do
- Work alongside our skilled crew on various job sites, helping with a wide range of projects.
- Use a variety of tools and equipment to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials (50 lbs), digging, hauling, and assembling.
- Assist with indoor and outdoor tasks, adapting to different work environments.
- Communicate effectively with leadership to address and troubleshoot job site challenges as they arise.
What We're Looking For

- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in the trades is a plus but not required.
