Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including electrical, suspension, brake, and engine systems
- Conduct regular maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid exchanges
- Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify issues accurately and recommend appropriate solutions
- Keep detailed records of services performed, parts used, and any recommendations for future repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols
- Collaborate with Service Advisers to provide excellent customer service and clear communication regarding vehicle status
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices through ongoing training and education
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician or in a similar role
- State Or ASE Certifications
- Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostic tools and repair techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- ASE certification or equivalent training is highly desirable
- Valid driver's license; CDL may be required for specific vehicles
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in automotive technology or related field is a plus
