What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Compliance Manager position at ODEC?
Essential responsibilities include :
- Overseeing compliance programs at ODEC-owned and operated facilities
Responsible for monitoring internal control programs to ensure station / plant compliance with NERC and company procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Gather, prepare, and review supporting documentation for each operating facility from various sources
Interface with station, corporate & contract resources tracking regulatory compliance.
Responsible for reviewing station policies and procedures and recommending implementation strategies to support ODEC's compliance program initiatives.
Work Experience :
Critical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
Travel details : Frequent day and overnight travel to ODEC-owned and operated facilities via automobile required

Compensation :
Compensation range : Exempt position $136,392.00 - $151,547.00 / year
Based on the requirements of this role, the target rate we anticipate paying the selected candidate is $136,392.00 annually. If an employment offer is extended, the rate offered will consider several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, education, and certifications. Depending on an individual's qualifications, the offered rate may exceed this target.
