Successful completion will result in a certification for the student.
Specific Position Duties
- Conduct in person Data Entry training sessions, as needed to meet demands.
- Flexible schedule and hours.
- Instruct and assist students in understanding QuickBooks software.
- Provide support and guidance to students as they progress in their Data Entry knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Commitment to academic excellence and exceptional service.
- Knowledge of other instructional technologies.
- Plan and organize lectures, utilize research and reference materials.
- Develop syllabi and other learning aids.
- Make continuous efforts to improve the quality of instruction by reviewing and utilizing appropriate methodologies, techniques, and delivery methods.
- Submit required rosters, reports and forms.
- Maintain professional relationships with students, colleagues and the community.
- Ability to perform work in a classroom and office setting
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Use of manual dexterity
- Ability to lift or move up to 20 pounds
- Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation
- Standard classroom environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proof of proficiency in Data Entry
- Data Entry Certification or degree preferred.
- Collegiate teaching experience preferred but not required.
