What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transfer Center / Sup House RN position at Odessa Regional Medical Center?
Main role of Transfer Center for incoming and outgoing transfers. Will also cross-train for House Supervisor to fill in for needs. Provides oversight for multiple hospital departments in the absence of unit management. Addresses patient care, staffing, and any other issues that may arise.
Supervises nurses and staff and takes administrative responsibilities. Leads and directs the work of others. At least 2 years of charge nurse experience. Licensure as a registered nurse (RN).
