What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Executive position at Odevo?
As the Sales Account Executive for WRG, you will be responsible for planning and executing all sales activities within assigned accounts and regions. The Sales Account Executive opens markets, signs new accounts, ensures customer satisfaction.
Business Development
- Participates in approximately nine trade shows per year, managing scheduling, responsibility assignments, preparation and transportation of materials, setup, networking, vendor updates, meeting scheduling, and post-show materials return.
- Attending networking events involves monitoring event calendars, registering, attending to establish and fortify contacts, and updating contact information with follow-ups post-event.
- Conduct Lunch and Learn sessions and PCP presentations by scheduling and coordinating with customers, reviewing and revising presentations, arranging and picking up lunch orders, and ensuring attendees complete sign-in sheets.
- Organizes company outings by confirming event details and coordinating with vendors, distributing event fliers and confirming attendance, socializing with attendees, and following up post-event.
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships by meeting vendors at events, discussing sponsorship opportunities, updating contact information, and following up regularly.
- Submits weekly expense reports by saving receipts, filling out expense reports, having them approved, and scanning them to the Accounting Dept.
Sales
- Daily meetings with prospects to discuss services, updating contact information, and entering visit notes into Dash.
- Follow up on leads and visits by reviewing and updating notes from property visits and sending follow-up emails.
- Secure preferred client agreements by discussing and reviewing preferred client programs with customers and following up to secure signed agreements.
- Upsell active jobs by following up with customers to discuss additional services and communicating with production for inspections if needed.
- Updates sales and business development reports by maintaining and updating daily logs, KPI reports, and sales visit reports.
- Focus on customer retention by scheduling and attending one-on-one lunches or after-work get-togethers, prioritizing visits to properties of past clients, and sending personalized event invitations.
- Handles account and job updating by adding new accounts to Dash, entering notes from business development and sales activities, updating contact information, monitoring and updating active jobs, communicating with the production team during jobs, following up and closing pending jobs, and receiving emergency job calls to create new jobs in Dash.

Required Education and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Must have contacts in this vertical and be very sure of your ability to open this market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Experience in the restoration industry or a related field is a plus but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others
- Ability to multitask and work independently or with a team and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under time constraints to meet goals.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
