Odin Health and Rehab is looking for LPNs and RNs to join our NEW Night Shift Program! Earn an additional $3 to our already competitive wages!
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with our facility, you'll perform a variety of duties that provide optimal patient care to our residents within your scope of practice. The LPN is responsible for the overall nursing care / service on their shift, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls, as indicated.
Your Job :
- Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect.
- Responsible for the planning, coordination, and assurance of quality care services to residents.
- Provide nursing care within your scope of practice.
- Possess reliable transportation and the ability to be on time for assigned shifts.
- Work cooperatively with healthcare team members to maintain established standards of care.
- Maintain the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each resident.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all care rendered.
- Encourage restorative care to obtain maximum resident independence.
- Any other job duties, as assigned by my management.
