Odin Properties seeks a skilled Apartment Maintenance Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in apartment maintenance, with strong skills in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete resident work orders efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily
- Ensure the maintenance area is clean and organized
- Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Two (2) years' experience in previous relevant maintenance field
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
