This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Odin Properties. As a critical member of our maintenance team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential facilities.
Your primary responsibility will be to complete resident work orders and turnovers in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for cleaning vacant units and building, maintaining accurate records, and performing other tasks as required.
