Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand ODIN Works' market presence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape in the firearms industry.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote ODIN Works products and network with potential clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the firearms or related industry preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
- Demonstrated project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
