Estimator
MAJOR FUNCTION
The Estimator provides Corporate Estimating Support to all districts.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :
- Embrace Odin’s Core Values in all aspects of the job
- Prepare quantity take-offs
- Determine initial production rates
- Develop initial resource requirements
- Solicit material and subcontractor pricing
- Meet proposal and bid schedules
- Establish preliminary project schedules
- Analyze and build estimate data that impact the cost of labor, materials, equipment, location and other factors to ensure a quality and timely estimate

This job is primarily performed indoors in a traditional office setting and occasionally outdoors on a construction site.
