What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobile Advisor position at Odle Management Group LLC?
Job Function: Responsible for enforcing all laws, rules and policies authorized by the Safety and Security Department. Demonstrates on-going commitment to preparing young people for the workforce by modeling, mentoring and monitoring excellence in the eight Career Success Standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Patrols assigned areas and remains alert for disturbances, fires, safety hazards, traffic violators, suspicious acts and/or persons, and other unusual conditions.
• Performs building security and safety checks.
• Aids and assist visitors, students and staff.
• Monitors and redirects student’s behavior.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum of High School graduate or equivalent. Prefer three to six months experience in a security or work-related capacity. Valid driver’s license in the state of employment with an acceptance driving record.
$1,500 sign on bonus available. If an candidate is selected for a position in which the sign-on bonus applies, 50% of the Sign-On Bonus will be paid on the new employee’s first paycheck and the remaining 50% will be paid after successful completion of the employee’s introductory period (on the paycheck following 6 months of employment). An employee who leaves the company in less than a year, will repay the prorated amount of the sign-on bonus received, based on his/her time on the job.
