Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative duties, including phone calls, emails, and document management
- Assist with project documentation, contracts, permits, and scheduling
- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate project coordination
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, invoices, and purchase orders
- Track project timelines and update reports for management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is a plus
- Spanish Speaking Is a plus
