ODM Construction is a reputable construction and remodeling company committed to delivering high-quality projects with exceptional service. We are seeking a Office Secretary to join our team and support the project coordination team, and ensure smooth workflow within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative duties, including phone calls, emails, and document management
  • Assist with project documentation, contracts, permits, and scheduling
  • Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate project coordination
  • Maintain accurate records of project expenses, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Track project timelines and update reports for management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is a plus
  • Spanish Speaking Is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Office: 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • Spanish (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Agoura Hills, CA 91301: Relocate before starting work (Required)
