We're looking for a reliable and organized Project Assistant to support day-to-day construction operations. You’ll work closely with our project managers and office team to help keep jobs running on time and on budget. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections
- Help track project timelines, budgets, and materials
- Visit job sites to check progress, take photos, and relay updates
- Support client communication and documentation
- Order materials and coordinate pickups or deliveries
- Maintain organization of project files, permits, and receipts
- Update internal project management software (e.g., Buildertrend)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or project coordination preferred (but not required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with basic construction terminology and processes
- Proficient with email, Google Drive, and mobile apps
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
