ADMIN/OFFICE ASSISTANT
Our progressive boutique CPA firm is looking for a “think on your feet” member to work with our Edgewater team.
Responsibilities include:
Heavy client interaction (by phone and e-mail)
File coordination
Scanning & Processing of tax returns
Database maintenance
E-File Tax Returns
Juggle multiple tasks
Problem Solve
Receive Payments
Requirements:
Must be tech savvy to work with multiple soft wares
Minimum 3 years of OFFICE EXPERIENCE FROM PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT
