Software Sales Specialist (Spanish Required)
This is a hybrid role (40% remote and 60% onsite) in San Francisco, CA.
Salary Range : $70,000-$90,000 OTE

Your role centers around building valuable relationships with clients, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs, and driving growth throughout the Latin American region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with other Account Executives to drive the growth and transition to Odoo SaaS solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial engagement and closing to post-sale account management for upselling opportunities.
- Assess potential clients business operations to create custom Odoo implementation packages ready for demonstration.
- Explore and sell our diverse SaaS offerings across a variety of industries throughout the Latin American market.
- Identify and act on opportunities to optimize the sales process effectively.
- Participate in team reviews, sharing progress updates, best practices, and insights.
- Achieve and exceed set revenue targets (this is a quota-carrying role).

Compensation and Benefits :
The estimated annual compensation for this role ranges from $70,000-$90,000 OTE (on-target earnings), with a base salary between $50,000 and $70,000. Actual salaries may vary based on education, experience, professional accomplishments, business needs, and geographical location.
