Channel Account Executive Partnerships - North America
This is a hybrid role in San Francisco, CA, with 40% remote and 60% onsite work.

About the Job:
As an Account Executive on the North America Partnerships team at Odoo, your role involves actively pursuing warm leads and recruiting new organizations to join Odoo's partnership network across the North American region.
Partner organizations granted access to Odoo's product line can effectively sell and implement Odoo products alongside their existing offerings.
Your responsibilities also encompass the management of Odoo business relationships within a designated territory.
As part of the North America Partnerships team, Account Executives undergo training within the Odoo ecosystem to adeptly close deals and handle customized software implementations, ensuring success in fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.
We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a 'get it done' spirit.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct company partnership recruitment for the Odoo ERP Software using research-based data analytics, CRM score tracking, and the BANT strategy.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue using the Odoo scoring lead system, project potential up-sells and cross-selling, and adapt Odoo ERP software for future clients using Python and SQL programming languages.
- Analyze strategic changes and report key metrics by extracting data from Odoo software, analyzing trends, and creating dashboards to report to the manager.
- Meet or exceed monthly assigned Account Executive sales quotas by accurately forecasting, effectively managing a pipeline of opportunities, and advancing deals to closure per projected timelines.
- Work in a consultative fashion to design tailored implementation packages and negotiate its content with future partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (business-oriented major preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Spanish and English fluency (professional or native/bilingual).
- Strong software and new technologies awareness.
- 1 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Curiosity to learn how businesses operate.

The estimated salary range for this role is $70,000-$90,000 OTE (on-target earnings), including a base salary range of $50,000-$70,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievements, business needs, and location.
