Your Role :
We are seeking enthusiastic ERP Implementation Specialists to partner with clients across the Americas to optimize their business operations using Odoo. This role involves project management where you will work at the convergence of software and business processes. You will receive training to become a subject matter expert on Odoo’s extensive range of applications. If you possess a proactive attitude and a determination to get things done, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a full-cycle ERP Business Systems Analyst for North American clients, ensuring an exceptional end-user implementation experience by configuring apps and providing user guidance.
- Build and maintain client relationships while deploying Odoo SaaS solutions.
- Analyze clients' business operations to align their processes with Odoo solutions.
- Estimate resource needs for projects related to ERP implementation.
- Lead ERP implementation projects to develop user-friendly systems across various functions including Sales, CRM, E-commerce, and more.
- Collaborate with Odoo developers to fulfill clients' unique business requirements.
- Work alongside clients' implementation managers for User Acceptance Testing and Provide End User Training.
- Occasionally provide expertise to the sales team on complex implementations.
- Train clients' end users on the Odoo platform.

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $55,000-$80,000. Actual salaries may vary based on education, training, experience, professional achievements, business needs, and location.
