We're looking for Inside Sales Professionals capable of igniting immediate customer interest and turning first time customers into long term partners. You'll be the driving force behind our revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You'll connect with our valued clients in a personalized way, building lasting relationships and ensuring they get the most of our offerings.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) preferred.
- 1-3 years of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience focused on SMBs.
- Thorough grasp of professional and consultative selling skills.
- Local to Austin, TX - Onsite work schedule (Monday to Friday)
- Strong computer literacy with the aptitude to learn new technology-related tools.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls to assist current customers or new inbound prospects.
- Take the lead in prospecting and connecting with potential new customers.
- Develop a new book of business with approximately 700 accounts valued at $3M.
- Connect with mid to senior level contacts to present relevant business solutions.
Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule:
- Base Salary: $21 - $27 hourly (based on years of B2B sales experience)
- Commission: You will be able to participate in the ODP Business Solutions Sales Incentive - a program measured on Sales/Margin metrics; paid in accordance with the Incentive Plan terms and conditions.

- This position requires being onsite full-time (Monday to Friday). However, once you've been assigned a book of business and your performance has been evaluated, demonstrating successful sales achievements, there will be an opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule. This would involve working in the office three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) and remotely for two days.
