The Lead Program Manager, Sales Effectiveness - Hospitality willl drive sales effectiveness initiatives with a primary focus on supporting the hospitality vertical, equipping the B2B organization with tailored resources, tools, and strategies to drive vertical market growth. Based on-site in our inside sales office, this role provides in-person support to foster stronger communication, partnership, and alignment with the hospitality and inside sales teams. Deliver customized training (product-specific, customer-specific) to enhance sales effectiveness and engagement with hospitality clients. Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations to consult on strategies, oversee implementation, and track results. Execute high-impact projects designed to boost sales productivity, revenue, and margins, delivering measurable P&L returns while ensuring alignment with the unique needs of the hospitality vertical.

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule: The salary range for this role is $82,900/year to $105,000/year, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed. Primary Responsibilities
- Lead sales enablement planning and execution with a strong focus on the hospitality vertical, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing objectives while driving collaboration and partnership within the hospitality and sales organization.
- Develop and deliver targeted training programs tailored to the unique needs of the hospitality vertical, enhancing sales engagement and effectiveness with hospitality-specific customers.
- Manage and implement enablement strategies with a focus on the hospitality vertical, measuring their impact on sales effectiveness, productivity, and P&L ROI, while ensuring alignment with the unique goals of the Marketing & Product Team.
- Consult and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations to ensure the aligned implementation of strategies, with a strong emphasis on supporting the hospitality vertical and fostering seamless communication and partnership within the sales organization.
- Level of Formal Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Area of Study: Business Administration and/or Business Marketing
