We're seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and contribute to our fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Customers: Proactively greet and assist every customer, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their needs.
- Showcase Products & Promotions: Stay informed about our latest products, promotions, and advertisements to share with customers.
- D deliver Exceptional Service: Educate customers about our products and services while coordinating seamless service across the store.
- Maintain Merchandising Excellence: Implement plan-o-gram updates, pricing changes, and signage updates to maintain a visually appealing store.
- Accurate Transactions: Process purchases and refunds with precision using our Point of Sale system, following cash-handling procedures.
- Special Orders & Deliveries: Assist customers with special orders, will-call pickups, and delivery coordination.
- Support Store Maintenance: Help keep our store clean, organized, and inviting for every customer.
- Support Policies & Loss Prevention: Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to loss prevention efforts.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
