The Pick Pack Associate holds the responsibility for the accurate and efficient completion of the defined order fulfillment process, which may include storing merchandise or materials, filling requisitions and orders, and packing, crating, and shipping products to customers.
Essential Functions

- Warehousing and storage of all merchandise, supplies, and equipment
- Inspecting incoming shipments
- Picking, consolidating, and packaging outgoing orders using RF scanners
- Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping in work areas
- Band and wrap outgoing freight orders
- Complete pre-shift inspection to ensure equipment is operating in a safe manner
- Load and unload product into carrier’s vehicles
Education and Experience
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse/distribution experience is a plus
- Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product
- Must be safety oriented
Minimum Physical Requirements
- May be required to work various shifts on short notice.
- Position requires associates to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feet
Physical & Mental Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee requires the ability to:
- Hear, read and comprehend, write, and communicate
- Continuously sit, type, and perform repetitive wrist motion
- Occasionally stand, walk, bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn or reach
- Focus (with or without corrective lenses) to see close and distant, along with depth perception capabilities
- Work with material handling equipment that must be operated according to specific operating procedures
- Spend 100% of time on warehouse floor in fast-paced environment
