Our extensive range of services include supply chain design and innovation, warehousing, efficient distribution and fulfillment, freight brokerage, transportation management, and specialized e-commerce fulfillment solutions.
Essential Responsibilities
- Identify and deliver service improvement activities across the business by thinking innovatively and employing various methodologies
- Partner with business stakeholders and several 'lean champions' to build a continuous improvement environment and support an evolving program
- Acknowledge trends and guide the delivery of better value and greater efficiency for total quality management
- Lead lean / process improvement-based workshops to drive new ideas and solutions
- Ensure project objectives are identified, reported and managed and that post implementation reviews achieve successful delivery to ensure improvements can be made for future projects
- Elicit requirements and conduct staff interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, site visits and workflow / business analysis to drive process change
- Monitor project risks to foresee potential problems and proactively suggest solutions
- All other duties as assigned
