Continuous Improvement Manager - Great Lakes Region

Our extensive range of services include supply chain design and innovation, warehousing, efficient distribution and fulfillment, freight brokerage, transportation management, and specialized e-commerce fulfillment solutions.

Essential Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver service improvement activities across the business by thinking innovatively and employing various methodologies
• Partner with business stakeholders and several 'lean champions' to build a continuous improvement environment and support an evolving program
• Acknowledge trends and guide the delivery of better value and greater efficiency for total quality management
• Lead lean / process improvement-based workshops to drive new ideas and solutions
• Ensure project objectives are identified, reported and managed and that post implementation reviews achieve successful delivery to ensure improvements can be made for future projects
• Elicit requirements and conduct staff interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, site visits and workflow / business analysis to drive process change
• Monitor project risks to foresee potential problems and proactively suggest solutions
• All other duties as assigned
