Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, excellent client relations skills, and a willingness to learn new software.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Manage accounting duties, including invoicing, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships
- Assist with cabinet design using the 2020 Design program (training provided)
- Ensure smooth workflow and coordination between departments
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and processes
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Previous experience in an office management role is a plus
