Position Overview:
We’re looking for experienced Auto Body Specialists and Paint Technicians who are ready to bring their skills to a company that values quality, craftsmanship, and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
✅ Perform both structural and non-structural repairs on damaged vehicles to restore them to factory specifications.
✅ Remove and replace damaged body components (panels, bumpers, fenders, and doors).
✅ Sand, grind, and prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, ensuring a smooth finish.
✅ Ensure all repairs meet safety, quality, and industry standards.
✅ Collaborate with estimators to assess damage and create detailed repair plans.
✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
✅ Proven experience as an Auto Body Specialist or in a similar role.
✅ Strong ability to operate body shop tools such as dent pullers, welders, and sanders.
✅ A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Additional Hiring Requirements:
✅ A 5-panel drug screening is required as part of the hiring process.
