How You Will Contribute/Position Summary
The Talent Sourcing Specialist partners with Talent Acquisition to source, attract, screen, and recruit a diverse pool of high-quality talent for highly specialized treatment centers. Position builds candidate pipelines for current and future positions throughout the organization.
The Talent Sourcing Specialist develops strategic candidate pipelines aligned with organizational growth and acts as a Brand Ambassador.
Essential Responsibilities
- Identifies, engages, and builds pipelines of passive and active candidates for immediate and forecasted job openings across diverse roles.
- Supports Talent Advisors on sourcing, screening, and interview coordination to ensure seamless candidate experience.
- Maintains and expands university contacts, internship partnerships, and job fair calendars to strengthen sourcing efforts.
- Ensures accurate ATS documentation and supports KPI reporting to track and enhance sourcing effectiveness.
- Provides Talent Advisors with 3-5 qualified candidates per job requisition, optimizing time-to-fill through efficient and targeted sourcing strategies.
- Assists facility-based HR team members with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Audits job posts and career site to ensure organization branding alignment.
- Partners with Marketing to create branded collateral for social media and job fairs.
- Leverages wide range of social media and professional networks to attract and identify top talent.
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Conducts active outreach to passive candidates through creative networking.
- Provides additional support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
Qualifications
What We Are Seeking/Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred and 2 years of related experience, preferably in healthcare or behavioral healthcare.
Proficient in ATS, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual scheduling platforms.
