The Client Resources Representative position at our office is responsible for ensuring that clients receive the resources and assistance they require to meet their immediate needs. In this role, you will coordinate a range of services, assist with outreach efforts, and represent the organization at community events. Additionally, you will help supervise trainees and track service to ensure that client needs are being met effectively. Client Resources Representative Responsibilities : Coordinate and manage the delivery of services to clients Conduct follow-up assessments to evaluate client progress and determine if additional support is needed. Participate in outreach programs and represent the organization at local community meetings and events. Assist with preparing reports, requisitions, and tracking statistical data related to the charity program. Supervise and support volunteers, interns, and intake staff in providing client services. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to ensure high-quality and alignment with the organization’s mission. Maintain sensitivity and respect for the diverse backgrounds and needs of the client population. Ensure client confidentiality and maintain organized, accurate records of services provided. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1-2 years experience in a customer service or community outreach position. Strong empathy and compassion when working with individuals. Ability to plan, organize, and manage both short-term and long-term tasks and activities. Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and community stakeholders. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in a variety of situations. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
