Help Desk/Desktop Support Technician

Direct-Hire (100% ONSITE) Position in Seminole, OK Area

Work Scheduled: Mon-Fri (8hr. shifts) up to 30% travel to other locations during project-based activities, & possible weekend and on-call hours.

Insight from previous interviews/openings:

• This is a hands-on, onsite role where you’ll be helping with a number of transitional projects.
• This is an MS Azure environment. Will use technologies such as VMware, Cloud, AD, O365, etc.
• Will provide own recommendations and help implement certain technologies & tools.

*In this role, you'll provide user support across the organizational Operating Systems, troubleshoot various computer software & hardware issues, assist in network implementation & maintenance, as well as perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, to name a few.*

Required Qualifications:

- 2 or more years experience in helpdesk or similar role is required.

- Associates degree preferred (or equivalent); Bachelors preferred.

- Knowledge of MS Office 365, Azure AD, Windows server OS, Firewall technologies, & experience with VPN clients, MFA technologies, IT Ticketing systems, Active Directory/Azure AD, Infrastructure support, VOIP, etc.

- In-depth knowledge of technology devices, & excellent communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
