- Execute system updates for new health plan implementations and conversions with a focus on accuracy and efficiency .
- Analyze claims, identify issues, and implement adjustments or appeals processes to improve workflows.
- Create and test configuration scenarios to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
- Maintain detailed documentation for audit and quality purposes.
- Collaborate across teams to establish configuration standards and best practices.
