We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a high-impact HR/Payroll systems migration from ADP to Workday within a Project Management Office (PMO). This role requires hands-on experience managing enterprise application migrations and driving initiatives in an Agile/Scrum environment. The ideal candidate is technical-minded, solutions-driven, and highly organized, with a strong ability to manage integrations, resolve technical challenges, and collaborate across teams.

This is an immediate need and requires the candidate to be 100% onsite in Plano, TX.

• Lead the end-to-end migration of HR/Payroll systems from ADP to Workday, ensuring seamless integration and minimal business disruption.
• Own project timelines, scope, and delivery, coordinating across stakeholders to keep progress on track.
• Work within a PMO structure, applying Agile/Scrum methodologies to facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Oversee technical integrations and collaborate with development teams to analyze and solve complex system challenges.
• Utilize Jira (or similar tools) for project tracking, issue resolution, and workflow optimization.
• Partner with HR, IT, and Finance teams to ensure business requirements are met and system functionality aligns with company needs.
• Provide leadership in CI/CD pipeline management, JIRA/SharePoint administration, or similar tools if applicable.

• Proven experience leading enterprise application migrations, preferably HR/Payroll system transitions (e.g., ADP to Workday or similar platforms).
• Strong Agile/Scrum expertise, with a background in leading projects in a PMO setting.
• Technical problem-solving skills comfortable working with integrations, system dependencies, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with JIRA administration, SharePoint, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, communicate effectively, and drive alignment across teams.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a bias toward action and results.
