About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Supply Chain Informatics to lead our supply chain systems strategy, implementation, and ongoing management. This role will drive the optimization of Supply Chain data analytics and technology to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT leadership and a proven track record of managing technical teams. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to set and execute the technology roadmap for Supply Chain systems, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, EDI, and ERP modules.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Supply Chain technology strategy and roadmap, focusing on ERP components (Purchasing, Inventory Management, Item Master, etc.).
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and explore innovations to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Oversee data management and analytics, ensuring data integrity, security, and governance, and develop advanced reporting tools and interactive dashboards.
- Proactively manage predictive analytics for demand forecasting, supply chain disruptions, and inventory optimization.
- Ensure seamless integration of Supply Chain systems with financial accounting systems.
- Champion cybersecurity compliance and data privacy standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and strategic transformation within the Supply Chain.
