The base pay range for this position is $16.50 to $17.50 per hour.

About The Job
The Production Coordinator c reates and maintains a smooth and productive flow in the filling of on-demand pouring or material.
In This Role, You Will
- Checking and sorting order accuracy in the key information areas of all production orders and conversions.
- Creation of pull-down lists for forklift operators.
- Final production check and system confirmation that the order was accurately and successfully filled.
- Verifying and identifying accuracy of information on labels and product or material.
- Creation of License Plates for Product Bins
- Creation of Conversions
- Inventory Adjustments
- Stock Verification
- Product Trouble Shooting
- Printing Sample Labels
- Labeling orders and conversions
- Answering emails
- Locating Items
- Marker Bands
- Special Projects
- Checking portals and creating notes
- All other duties and projects assigned.

Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is preferred
- Familiarity with Food Safety and Defense / HAACP is preferred
- Knowledge and ability to work with tools such as barrel wrench, pallet jack and mixing tools is preferred
- This is an in-office role based in Vandalia, IL
The base pay range for this position is $16.50 to $17.50 per hour.
