Responsibilities of the Marketing Associate :
Communicate directly with customers on a daily basis
Directly market and sell products and services to qualified customers
Ensure sales are completed according to compliance standards
Keep records of all customer interactions and completed sales
Attend daily team Sales & Marketing campaign meetings to set goals
Assist in maintaining a positive and uplifting company culture
Requirements of the Marketing Associate :
High school diploma or GED (not required but is a PLUS)
0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or other customer service-related fields
A want to learn something new and take on a challenge
Being self-driven is a huge plus!
Proficient communication skills are a must
Able to work with both customers and team members
