Residential New Construction Project Coordinator

Odyssey Mechanical is looking for an outgoing individual to join our team in the residential new construction division. This individual is responsible for and expected to manage all project setup, documentation, communication, and monthly billing.

Job Responsibilities

· Work closely with multiple builders and ensure they are accurately put in the Service Titan system

· Create and maintain job files

· Organize day-to-day tasks of a project, ensuring its smooth execution by tracking schedules, budgets, and resources.

· Facilitate communication between team members and builders to ensure all deadlines are met

· Ensure all billing is done promptly and accurately

Qualifications

· Knowledge in HVAC is a helpful, but not required

· Experience with Service Titan software is helpful, but not required

· Ability to work well in a high pace work environment with a positive attitude

· Need to be a team player

· Ability to problem solve

· Great communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
