Job Description:
Ruttger's Bay Lake Resort is seeking a team player who can provide exceptional service to guests while working independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain a neat and clean appearance.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down event spaces according to Banquet Event Order details
- Serve and clear banquet, conference services, and catering events
- Greet guests and deliver food and beverages in a timely and friendly manner
- Monitor and observe events to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance
