What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner position at Odyssey Staffing?
Family Practice NP or PA needed
- Contract Length : 3 months, ongoing , possibly open to locums to perm
- Shift Details : Mon, Tues, Wed 8a-5p, some shifts might be 8a-7p (if local you can work Mon, Wed and choose another day during the week)
- Schedule : on site, no call
- Average of 16 patients per day. Most appts are 20 minutes. There is 4 hours allotted time for admin work, that can be done remotely.
- Department Description : Bread and butter primary care
- Practice Setting : Must see all ages pretty even mix of Peds, Adults, Adolescent and Geriatrics. Very diverse patient load, but they do have Spanish and Portuguese translators on site.
- EMR is NextGen
- APP s must have experience
- License Required : Active MA license
- Certifications Required : DEA, CSR, BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days
