Position Summary
Odyssey Systems is recruiting to fill a Senior level Administrative Support position supporting the Attack Systems Division, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. WID is part of the ISR/SOF Directorate (AFLCMC/WI), who is responsible for equipping our warfighters to win the fight. The Directorate executes a $22 billion acquisition portfolio developing, producing, testing, modifying, fielding, and supporting Air Force ISR and SOF platforms, and related sub-systems.
Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
WIDN is AFPEO/WI’s centralized hub for Pre-LOR (Letter of Request) and Case Development for FMS new business efforts. WIDN will provide temporary support to executing Program Management Offices for case execution. - Possess the advanced knowledge, experience, and recognized ability to be considered highly skilled in Administrative Support. Must work independently and be able to apply procedures
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to program office operations, including: Planning, organizing, coordinating, communicating, and documenting activities.
- Preparing, editing, and producing reports, briefings, and presentations according to Government-required formats.
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and events, and coordinating conference rooms using Microsoft Outlook and other scheduling tools.
- Provide administrative system support: Utilizing the Defense Travel System (DTS), Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS), Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS), and Defense Civilian Pay System (DCPS).
- Assisting with compiling, formatting, storing, and disseminating data using SharePoint and other Digital Material Management (DMM) environments.
- Assist with: Travel arrangements, including completing travel authorizations, orders, and vouchers in DTS adhering to Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and Joint Forces Travel Regulations (JFTR).
- Creating and maintaining emergency preparedness materials, including accountability folders and rosters.
- Providing support to the Video Teleconferencing (VTC) manager, assisting with scheduling and coordinating VTC connectivity.
- In-processing and out-processing actions for all personnel, ensuring compliance with checklists and procedures.
- Preparing and providing data for tracking the training status of division personnel.
- Support the directorate Functional Area Records Manager (FARM) with records management tasks, including maintaining file plans, tracking Operating Instructions (OIs), and conducting self-assessments using AFRIMS.
