Position Summary
Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for an Acquisition Security Manager Senior position supporting the Fixed Wing Branch HC/MC-130 Recapitalization Program. This is an ACAT IC program designed to replace the aging fleet of Air Combat Command (ACC) HC-130P/N aircraft and Air Force (AF) Special Operations Command (AFSOC) MC-130E/H/P. The MC-130 Recap aircraft is a versatile multi-mission tactical airlifter, principally focused on providing the combatant commander with strategic reconnaissance, direct action, counter-terrorism, and humanitarian relief capability.

Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Provide a wide range of security management, analytical, technical and support services for programs managed by AFLCMC/WIS. Shall provide technical security services relative to the development, acquisition, and sustainment of aeronautical weapon systems, subsystems, and associated support systems.
- Program protection, technology control, protection of For Official Use Only (FOUO) information, and other information requiring protection ensuring compliance with related DoD and AF instructions (e.g., DoD 5220.22-M, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual ).
- Assist by providing support to the division’s security operations.
- Assist by preparing and coordinating security-related briefing materials.
- Shall provide security-related technical assistance to the directorate for briefings, meetings, and conferences.
- Assist by recording and tracking security program action items, suspenses, and processes.
- Assist with ensuring compliance with the Security Education and Motivation Program for program-briefed personnel.
- Assist with developing and implementing unique program in-briefings for all newly assigned personnel as well as for those out-processing from the program.Shall assist with providing classification management guidance to AFLCMC/WI and subordinate units for assigned programs. Shall assist with the development of security requirements into contractual commitments. Shall administratively assist with the coordination of DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specification. Shall assist with electronic files management, records management, and file plan management. Shall assist with preparation and maintenance of security program documentation and briefing materials.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Secret
Education/Years’ Experience
- Advanced Degree, Master of Arts (MA) / Master of Science (MS) in a field relevant to their functional area, and 12 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD
- OR, BA/BS degree in a field relevant to their functional area, and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD
- OR, 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, eight of which must be in the DoD
